Klitschko Says “He Has Recorded His Anthony Joshua Fight Prediction On USB Stick”
Wladimir Klitschko is so confident of beating Anthony Joshua that he has recorded his fight prediction on a USB stick.
The giant Ukrainian revealed he will attach the recording to the robe he will wear into the ring at Wembley on Saturday night.
He will then sell the robe, including the tape, with the proceeds going to the charities supported by his foundation.
Displaying the device, Klitschko said: “I’m not Nostradamus but I recorded a video of my prediction of the fight. This stick is going to be in my robe which I’m going to wear on Saturday night.
“Do not ask me after the fight what is on the stick. The only person who is going to be able to open it up and watch it is the person who is going to buy the robe with the stick.
“The money will go to the Klitschko foundation.”
Klitschko and Joshua came face to face for the penultimate time before the first bell at a press conference on Thursday.
At 41, Klitschko is bidding to win back the heavyweight world titles he lost to Tyson Fury 18 months ago.
He added: “Is it a degradation that I’m the challenger and underdog after 27 years of boxing?
“I don’t think so, i think it’s a great thing. I feel young, hungry, humble and totally obsessed with the idea and goal of having my hands raised as the winner of my upcoming fight.”
Joshua holds the IBF world title and is making the third defence of his belt.
He said: “I don’t underestimate any opponent from when I first started boxing and through mistakes that I’ve learned.
I just focus on me and a man coming to blows, and the best man will win.”
“April 29 is just another stepping stone towards greatness.
